WRS-III  Weather Reach Server

Weather Station Network Management Software

Landscape water management depends on accurate information.

The Weather Reach Water Management System™ includes Weather Reach Servers to manage information from a weather station network.

Weather Reach Water Management is a sustainable solution that eliminates the need for a weather station at every irrigation controller.  Local weather information, critical for effective water management, reaches smart controllers and water mangers.

Overview

The Weather Reach Water Management System uses Weather Reach Server III to manage a weather station network. The Weather Reach Server retrieves weather data from ET weather stations, stores the data and has several output methods to deliver information to water managers and smart irrigation controllers:
  • Weather Reach Signal - Weather data is broadcast wirelessly, via paging, to Weather Reach Receivers (including Rain Bird ET Managers) to automatically control watering schedules.
  • Internet Data Service - Controller Link and Weather Reach Direct retrieves weather data via the Internet.
  • Web Server - Website displays current weather conditions and evapotranspiration (ET) data.
